  • Standard shipping within Canada: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

  • Shrived Exim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
